The Lake Arbor neighborhood has a lot to offer. Located at 80th & Wadsworth, this community includes a golf course and a park in addition to its many homes.

Amenities

The community enjoys a wide array of amenities. Residents can visit Lake Arbor Park for a scenic walk around the pristine lake. There is also a small kids’ playground, a walking path with classic exercise pit stops, and picnic spots.

The City and its contractors are working to restore the lake by removing eroded sediment and reducing unpleasant odors through additional aeration. Fish and other aquatic wildlife have been protected and relocated during the construction process.

Students in Lake Arbor attend Little Elementary, which has an excellent B-on Niche, and Moore Middle School. High school students can continue their education at state-recognized Pomona High through the district’s Choice Enrollment program. The area is also home to a variety of apartments and townhomes that are suitable for families.
